2. Data processed
When the website is used, the following data may be processed:
- technical browsing data and server logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device;
- selected language;
- data voluntarily provided by email, certified email or telephone;
- technical data transmitted when the browser requests previews hosted by external providers;
- data that may be processed by external video-player providers when the user starts a live stream;
- advertising data processed by Google AdSense according to preferences collected through Google's consent system.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- website delivery, security and maintenance: the controller's legitimate interest and technical necessity;
- storing the selected language: a function requested by the user;
- displaying previews and organising the catalogue: legitimate interest in making the service usable;
- playing a video started by the user through Play: delivery of the requested content; any non-technical advertising: consent where required;
- replying to messages and requests: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in responding;
- complying with legal obligations or authority requests: legal obligation.
4. External players and services
Preview images may be hosted by Webcam OK or by an external provider; in the latter case the request may disclose the IP address and technical browser data to that provider. Live streams may use services such as YouTube/Google, CamStreamer, Feratel or other operators. Players are not loaded automatically: the connection to the provider starts when the user presses Play.
For YouTube, where technically applicable, Webcam OK uses privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. External providers may still receive technical browser data when a video is started.
AdSense advertising preferences are managed separately through Google's consent tools.

5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, technical support, security, video-service and advertising providers. Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, transfers take place under the safeguards and mechanisms required by applicable law.
6. Retention
Technical logs are retained for the time needed for security and diagnosis, unless longer retention is required for investigations. The language preference lasts up to 12 months. Messages are retained for the time needed to handle the request and any legal obligations.
7. Data subject rights
Where provided by the GDPR, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by writing to info@anzag.it or to the certified email address anzag@pec.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, its providers or the law changes. The date shown at the top identifies the current version.
